It is indeed a tough job to build a team.

Honestly, I learned a lot from building a team.

If you have a chance to build your own team, you have to ask youself lots of questions.

(1) What shall be the most important charateristic of your team member?

(2) What shall be the working altitude?

(3) How good is your team member to  execute his/her assignment?

(4) How good is your yeam member to learn new stuff?

(5) How efficient is the overall performance of your team?

(6) Does your team mmember backup other team members?

I am still glad to see most of the team members work as a team.
